"Why peppermills, in fact there are millions of peppermills existing?" I've been asked.
Actually for me there are some important conditions a good peppermill must fulfill.

First of all the grinding machine: in this case a Swiss grinder, especially interesting for pepper aficionados and people who like cooking. Because this grinding machine works better than normal peppermills. That means that the quantity of pepper coming out of the mill is much larger. Turning the little screw on the bottom you get the pepper more crushed, or more finely. Most of the peppermills (like these from "Peppers Delight") are lubricated with natural oil - this emphasizes the characteristic of the wood to its optimum.
The classic, elegant form is designed and developed in my own workshop.
The size of the peppermill suits to your hand, but its form has also a sculptural moment so it decorates the table.
As you will notice there are different shapes and types of peppermills available.
But there is one thing that unites WAUWAU peppermills:
